What is steel structure EPC turnkey service? +

EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) turnkey means one contractor handles structural design, steel fabrication, logistics and on-site installation supervision. YABO STEEL delivers export-ready steel buildings for warehouses, factories and commercial projects worldwide.

How much does exported steel structure cost per ton? +

Export steel structure pricing typically ranges USD 800–1,500+ per ton depending on span, steel grade, surface treatment (paint or hot-dip galvanizing), welding requirements, complexity and destination freight. Send drawings for an itemized FOB or CIF quote.

What is the lead time for steel structure export orders? +

Standard fabricated components: 15–30 days production plus 15–45 days ocean freight depending on port. Custom EPC projects: 30–60 days fabrication. Early structural approval and consolidated shipments help reduce total delivery time.

EN 1090 EXC4 vs AISC — which certification do I need? +

EN 1090 EXC4 with CE marking is required for steel structures in the EU and is widely accepted in Middle East and Africa. AISC certification is preferred in the USA and many Americas projects. YABO STEEL holds ISO 9001, EN 1090 EXC4, AISC, ISO 3834-2, CE and UKCA.

How are steel structures packed for international sea freight? +

Export packing includes steel frame fixation, edge protection, moisture-proof wrapping, bolt bags, installation drawings and color-coded marking per container. We optimize container loading to maximize space and reduce shipping cost per ton.

Do you provide overseas installation supervision? +

Yes. We supply erection manuals, bolt lists, 3D assembly sequences and remote engineering support. For large EPC projects we can dispatch supervisors or partner with local contractors in Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America.

What is the MOQ for export steel fabrication? +

MOQ depends on profile type. Standard H-beams and connectors may start from 1 ton. Full building packages typically begin at 20–50 tons. Mixed-container orders are welcome for regional distributors.

What drawings do I need to request a steel structure quote? +

Minimum: building length × width × eave height, roof slope, design loads (wind/snow/seismic), destination country and required code. Better: architectural drawings or sketch. We provide Tekla/BIM shop drawings after order confirmation.

How do you inspect steel quality before export shipment? +

Triple inspection: incoming mill certificates, in-process dimensional checks, and pre-shipment fit-up inspection. NDT (UT/MT/RT) per ISO 3834-2. Third-party SGS/BV inspection available on request.
